Overall we had a really great experience booking with My Perfect Stay and enjoyed the condo. I do a lot of research when it comes to travel and places to stay and have pretty high standards, especially when paying a higher amount. We loved the location of the unit, as we prefer staying in the Wailea area. We were walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and a few really beautiful, less crowded beaches. The condo has great amenities, especially the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, towels) that we used every day. The unit is very clean, quiet and comfortable, and best of all has an amazing view from the balcony. We sat out there every morning drinking coffee and it was a great way to start the day. I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about this place!

The condo was very difficult to find at first, especially at night. Google maps does not do a good job pinpointing the address. When I first entered the condo, I was very underwhelmed. The condo wasn't steps away from the beach like we had wished, but during our stay, I fell in love with this condo. The location, not only in the community, but also on the island turned out to be perfect! Our favorite beach was only a 10 minute drive away. Shopping, groceries and dining was a quick drive down the road. The condo had everything we needed for the stay. Items for the beach, a cooler, the washer and dryer were awesome to have! The kitchen was hands down one of the best stocked kitchens regarding utensils, bags, foil, seasonings. The view to the ocean was fantastic, we could see whales breaching. The community is very clean and quiet. The couches and beds were comfortable. This place was surprisingly perfect! 10/10 would stay again!

Best communication of anyplace I've stayed. Once I arrived it was easy to ask questions via text, the response was alway fast. Great area and neighborhood. Close to a lot of great beaches. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The unit had beach towels, coolers and chairs to borrow during your stay. The pools on property were nicely kept. The unit had everything you need for eating/cooking in if you choose. If you want to spend time at the two resorts below the property (four seasons and Grand Wailea, find the little surf shack in between and they rent chairs on the beach for the day. You will not have access to the pools at the resorts. I did find the bed a little hard and they Brought a mattress topper and delivered same day. Thank you to Larry for doing that! Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

Great spacious 2 bedroom condo with a large private lanai, each bedroom had a small private lanai as well. Only a couple of negatives, the address linked in the airbnb listing is not the actual address of the unit. I let MyPerfectStays know and hopefully they update that. Also there was no door to the en suite bathroom in the master bedroom, which is fine for using the sink or shower I guess, but is a little strange when using the toilet…

A fabulous place to stay. Photo’s don’t do it justice. Plenty of kitchen equipment if you need. Close to some wonderful restaurants, some walking, some by car. Great pool

Nice and Close to Wailea beach and the tennis club. Amenities minimal and no proper expresso machine etc. not commensurate with the price.
