Of all the beaches we visited throughout Maui, our Hale Mahina beach was our favorite. We snorkeled right out front and could go out about 100 yards as it was still under 6 feet deep. We had turtles everyday and saw whales almost everyday from our condo. The private beach is magical. The condo is well kept with cute beach decor. A great kitchen with what you need. We bbq’d one night in front of our patio and it was fun. I recommend bringing sound machines to help you drown out noise while you sleep though. The crashing waves at night can get super loud for the sofa sleeper and the bedroom windows face the hallway/street side and that can be noisy at times. Despite not getting the best sleep, I can’t imagine a better beach to have private access too. We can wait to come back again. Mahalo Hale Mahina.

great place, right on the ocean for a reasonable price! would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this condo. It is at a great location with its own beach right out side. There was a resident that would blow the conch shell (known in Hawaiian as pū) at sunset. Other visitors to the building were friendly and nice. The whole grounds were clean and well kept. The area was nice. The condo was great. No issues although the first night (before we adjusted to the time) the neighbors were a bit loud and the windows to the bedroom dont block a lot of sound. The quiet time hours were respected and had no concerns with it after the first day and we were adjusted to the time difference. I would recommend the location and the condo. Not ritzy resort like which we prefer but nice, clean and comfortable.

All was good. Very close to ocean. Everything necessary was carefully provided in the house. Very private and safe with kids. Not new, but clean.

Location and amenities cannot be beat! The condo is perfect and was full of everything we needed for our 9 day vacation. We’ve been here before and the condo had some great updates with a new shower and other personal touches throughout the unit. My perfect stays was extremely attentive when we had a maintenance request as well. We had a lovely welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived and we can’t wait to return!!
