This condo and the entire complex was beautifully maintained and clean. We truly enjoyed staying around residents as well as other vacationers like us. The complex was small enough which was wonderful for coming and going with groceries or beach gear. Plenty of parking also. There were wonderful local restaurants everywhere and local grocery stores for those hankerings at the condo. Our unit had all the beach gear we needed from beach towels to beach chairs and a cooler! Just bring your sunscreen. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities; cork screw wine opener, toaster oven, oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, dishes both plastic and ceramic, utensils including steak knives (important as the complex has several gas grills on property), plenty of towels and bedding. Also a pull out couch, table for 4 plus extra sitting chair and coffee table. Shower, no tub but that’s what we prefer. We were located right over the pool on an end unit and the views were spectacular! We watched whales everyday morning and late afternoon. There is no beach just a seawall which was beautiful and beaches were within walking and short driving distances. Overall, we loved our condo and loved supporting the local community!
