It was not a bad stay, and I want to really give a positive shout out to the person who cleans and stocks the place between guests. It was clean, well stocked and no complaints there (well done). However, I think that the owner needs to do a little reinvestment on maintaining the place. The sliding doors to the outside can be very hard to open and the screen door between living room and balcony would frequently come off the track. Light bulbs were a mix (some LED some older incandescent, and in some lamps only one of the two bulbs worked). So overall master bedroom was very dark. Clean and ceiling light fixture dome and put in brighter bulbs. Tons of remotes around (fans, TV, A/V equipment) but nothing labeled. Could not get TV in master bedroom to work (would boot to Android starting screen then shut off). For the price point, I would just expect a bit more on the upkeep.

Great place, we had a short time there, but it was exactly what we needed.

The condo had all the amenities and more. It could use a little more cleaning. One major negative is the contact person's unavailability. She replied to my initial questions three days after I contacted and while there, when we asked a question we never received a reply. The Evolve team must ask her to be more responsive .

Perfect for our family with three boys. A huge sea turtle my boys affectionately named “Jimmy” hung out on our beach the first day we arrived. Great little beach and snorkeling, pool with tons of pool toys, condo had beach toys and umbrellas and everything you need in the kitchen. Super comfy beds. Only missing items were shampoo and conditioner! “Farmer’s Market” store about a block away and has great sandwiches and smoothies. Really just a super special place and highly recommend!

I loved the condo. Beautiful interior and lovely artwork. I loved being on the ocean and the lanai was my favorite space. It was difficult to leave!

We loved our stay. My favorite place to hang out was the lanai. I saw honus almost everyday. It was great. I loved the artwork and it was a great stay.
