What a great condo! The ocean views were amazing. What a treat to see beautiful sunsets each night. Many mornings were spent having breakfast on the lanai and enjoying the views! The condo is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The pullout bed was easy to use and very comfortable. There is lots of storage so we were able to unpack and relax. We love staying at Kihei akahi. It’s close to shopping and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Every morning was spent doing an early beach walk. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. My kids were happy to be able to get sweet treats close by! Açaí bowls, shave ice and gelato were at the top of their lists! We had a great stay in Maui! We would definitely recommend this condo!

Everything was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our travels. Would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay a this apartment. It was very spacious for our family of three and could have easily accommodated a larger group. The place is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay including all necessary kitchen equipment and beach gear.It was also spotlessly clean.The only thing that was unfortunate was communication with the leasing company - My Perfect Stays. It seemed like we were handled by 25 different people each of whom offered conflicting information. It felt very unorganised and unprofessional.For example, we asked if it would be possible to store our luggage for a couple hours before the check in several weeks in advance and were told "absolutely yes" by email. We booked our flight tickets taking this into account. Then, two days before the arrival, I was on the phone with someone else from the company ironing out check-in process. They casually mentioned that we can't store the luggage and said that whoever answered my email "had no idea what they were talking about". This was just one of a few irritable things that all together made the company feel unprofessional.I would definitely book this place again if it was possible to rent it through another company. But for the foreseeable future I'd try to avoid My Perfect Stays all-together.

We were very comfortable happy with the condo. I was very please to find a pantry with the basics plus quite a few spices. Extra bonus items in the kitchen are the water filter on the fridge so we didn't need to buy water in plastic, sharp cooking knives, glass food storage containers for leftovers, a rubber spatula, measuring spoons. There is a beautiful view, attractive and comfortable furniture, coolers and icepacks, extra beach equipment people have left behind. FYI the beds are pretty soft. We would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei Akahi, builkding D, condo 502. what a greeting to have Hawaiian music playing when we arrived. The unit met our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the view is spectacular. We hope to return someday soon Mahalo Jane Dixon
