This was a lovely location and a nice unit, but several things were in need of updating including the shower enclosure, the couch, the rugs and the beach chair. Also, while we appreciated the cleanliness of the unit, the strong smell of cleaning fluid persisted for about 2 days.The rental agency, My Perfect Stays, was very responsive, but the owner of the unit needs to fix up some things.

Excellent accommodation after our original AirBnB condo was cancelled on our arrival date, due to water damage in the unit. We were provided this lodging as a quick alternative and it worked out superbly! Located near our original lodging site, it was everything we expected.
Great views of the ocean which provided us with great views of the whales in the mornings.
Great setup and the service was excellent and fast when we encountered some issues with hot water in the master shower and AC unit making dripping sounds at night.

Location was central to all of the activities on Maui. Grocery store is a 15 minute drive. Beautiful long sugar beach with access right from the condo. Overall the place has most everything one needs. Comfortable beds, hot shower and A/C when wanted. Overall had a fantastic time in Maui. Watched whales every morning from the balcony. Would definitely book again.

We love the Ma’alaea area. Perfect place to stay to visit all parts of the island…it’s kind of in the middle. The unit we stayed in was great, it had all the amenities we needed, including beach, pool, and view to washer dryer, etc..

Wonderful location, with a Starbucks and a lovely beach just a short walk away. We really appreciated the AC and free parking. Would stay here again!

This was my first time renting a condo for a vacation and I was nervous as to how everything would turn out. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the check-in and check-out process was. In the condo there was a binder that answered all my questions and gave us great recommendations for activities/beaches near us.
Our condo was just like the pictures, had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The only issue we had was with the lock box on the front door, it was a bit stubborn to open at times but we figured it out. We throughly enjoyed our stay in Maui and recommend this condo and My Perfect Stay.
