We enjoyed our time very much at Pacific Shores and would love to stay there again when we return. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and food establishments. Overall experience was great. Being Sr. Adults, we feel like in the near future it would be nice to have taller toilets. Getting down and back up was hard at times. Also, getting a new cooler to take to the beach and also to have an umbrella to take to the beach would be awesome.

I’ve been to Maui a lot and this was the only place i’ve ever been in with good A/C. Actually refreshing to walk into the room. Great location, close to everything you need to be at. Highly recommended.

The stay here was great! Amelia and Mahalo from guest services were very helpful and plesant. Everything was great! There were some missing blinds from the patio blinds just to let you know. Otherwise it was great. Would stay again.

They were quick to respond to any questions and fixed an AC issue right away. Great customer service!
