Fantastic place. If there's a better view in Kihei, I didn't see it. This condo was exactly as advertised, and maybe a little better than advertised in some respects. Sit on the lanai at sunset, and you'll instantly see what I mean. You're right between a pool and a couple tennis courts, both of which we used throughout our stay. Across the street is Charley Young beach and Kam I beach, which is the best of the three Kam beaches in my opinion. It's got the most room, a little bit of rocky area if you want to check out some fish, and plenty of water. The condo is also walking distance to plenty of places to eat and drink. Our favorite was Paia Fish Market. Delicious. Lava Rock was good too, and had a cool view of the ocean at sunset. The time goes by sooooo fast. We were there 9 days and it feels like it last 54 minutes. Mahalo!

No problem setting up the dates we were looking for. We were not sure at time of booking exactly who was able to travel with us. My son in law had work commitments and was able to finally get away late so caused some minor issues with the to the people count. Annie was very understanding and we got it worked out. My wife and daughter and son in law together with our 2 young grand children were comfortable and enjoyed our time. Annie also left some nice gifts for the Keikei. Thanks again.

This condo was excellent for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). It was clean and stocked with everything you could you possibly need. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the beach and also to the shopping/dining areas of Kihei. Thank you Annie and Kurt!

This condo was the perfect choice for our family-of-5 vacation. While we weren't in the condo much, the kids loved their loft room upstairs and the kitchen made grabbing a quick breakfast and packing lunches a breeze. It was quiet in the evenings and the view from the porch was gorgeous! The downstairs closet has all the beach things you need - chairs, umbrella, blanket, ice chest, boogie boards, bucket of beach toys, flippers, and masks (though I would recommend bringing or renting your own). It made our beach days so easy and fun! The condo's pool is on the small side but that's not why we come to Maui - all the nearby beaches were phenomenal for snorkeling and boogie boarding. So many yummy restaurants within walking distance (or a very short drive) and Kihei is the perfect central location for getting anywhere on the island! This was truly a magical week that we will remember forever. Thanks for opening your beautiful home!

Great spot right across the road from the beach, great unit that fit our family perfect, owners were polite and responsive. Definitely recommend and will come back next time we visit Maui!

This unit was perfect for our family of four. Top floor of building 1 offered best views of whole complex. We tried lots of different beaches and Charlie Young (right across the street) was our favorite. The pics show exactly how the condo looks. I have booked on Airbnb and Vrbo all over the world and this is the cleanest and best supplied unit I have ever rented. I don’t know how they manage to clean all the sand out! :) Kihei is a great location to be on Maui and you will be close to best beaches and best food. The owners were extremely responsive. The A/C unit had a problem our first full day there and Anne replied immediately, came to check it out, and had an electrician come fix the problem all before we got back from the beach! Would book here again!
