The beach is right across the street! Restaurants, stores and shops are in walking distance. The condo is clean, rooms are spacious and it is has everything you need. Communication with the host was outstanding. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. 5 stars for sure! We highly recommend this condo.

This is a very nice Vrbo rental compared to others we have stayed, and we plan to come back again. It was nice to get emails explaining the check in process, and they had a great book, flyers & other local guides which helped us at arrival. I felt very comfortable & enjoyed the view from this unit. We were able to use many of his beach amenities which saved us money. It’s also close to many local places. Thank You 🤗

We enjoyed our stay so much and this is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at & we plan to come back to this unit on our next stay. It was so nice to have so many amenities like an ice chest, beach chairs, snorkel gear etc. I also liked having a stock of refrigerator & pantry supplies as it was just like home. George and Shawn have a beautiful condo in Maui! A short list of our favorite features include the close proximity to many beaches. Charlie Young is across the street! Kam I, II and III are a long walk or short ride away. Each beach has unique views, waves and sand. You can have a new experience every day if you stay at George and Shawn's place. A short walk will also take you to a popular surfing beach, great for beginners too! There is amazing food in every direction from the condo, Kihei Caffe has an amazing breakfast menu and just up from there is a place called Lava Java Coffee Roasters, a local guy grows and roasts his coffee beans twice a week. It was delightful to wake up and walk to these locations. The condo has so many beach toys to borrow! Three Tommy Bahama backpack chairs and an umbrella made all the difference in our trip! They also have a washer and dryer which is such a blessing in the sand covered island! George and Shawn worked very hard on their binder of recommendations and each one was a knock-out. It's like having a tour guide! As long as you can take the standard window unit ac situation, which is very easy to get used to this condo is perfect. It's not huge and it's sure not cramped. We were a group of four girls and it was a dream to stay at this condo! All the recommendations!!

We had a great stay, despite threats of Hurricane Lane hitting the island. The property was very nice and conveniently located directly across the street from a calm beach area— great for a family with kids. Our ten year old was able to swim in the ocean, while our 1 year old played in the sand and splashed in the water, and our newborn sat under a tent. We didn’t really use the pools since the beach was so close! The pools are kind of small and were really warm because of the high temp outside. We especially loved how close it was to the local corner stores and plenty of restaurants. Shave ice is less than a 10 minute walk on the street that parallels the beach! The condo was the perfect size for us, our three kids and the grandparents. We were able to shop for food and save some money by cooking some meals in the condo. The beds were comfy (besides the sofa bed, but that’s to be expected) and the bathrooms sufficient. Our only complaint would be that the upstairs AC unit did not cool down as much as we would have liked. Other than that, we were very pleased with the property We would definitely stay again!

Walking distance to one of Maui's best beaches (Charly beach park) & the responsiveness of George makes this condo great. We found it fully equipped (i.e. kitchen, beach stuff like tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella, towels, laundry ...) - and missed nothing. George and Shelly provided us even with a welcome bag including a hand written card - never had this before (Thx again for that). The top level (4 with elevator) of the condo gives some view and fresh air. As it was quite hot we needed to use the ACs. Parking is free - 2nd car was only 20 USD. Summary: We would go there again - we = 4 adults & 2 kids (2 & 6 yrs old)
