We loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed our coffee on the lanai each morning and saw many, many whales and dolphins. Beach is a few blocks over and we did not go to that one much. Drove into Kihei for calmer beaches. Well worth the stay and would love to come back to this unit!

Loved this property because of its incredible proximity to the ocean. The views from the lanai are hard to beat I’m sure. Close to Kapalua Beach and Kaanapali and Lahaina. The only downsides are the beds are a little hard for our tastes and the back bedroom gets too hot without the sliding door open. Not secure at night with it open. Everything else is wonderful and we would rent again just for the location and views.

The best thing about this place: the view. No words for how stunning it is! The worst thing about this place: the parking spot. Seriously no joke...We had a Chevy impala and it was a chore to get in and out. They did say we could park up top if any of the few spots were open. We did do this a couple of times. The rest: kitchen is fully stocked and great for cooking. The only thing we couldn’t find was a pizza cutter. A cabinet door was falling off, the knives are dull and the refrigerator leaked water on the shelves inside. BUT all of it was manageable and did I mention the view? We saw whales and turtles off the lanai. There is no beach, but there are a lot of beaches close by. Beach towels are provided. We shopped at Safeway (about 5 miles away). The two closer grocery stores are little convenience stops, not full groceries. McDonald’s, a brewery, sushi and other restaurants very close by. The beds are comfortable, plenty of pillows and there are extra fans in the master bedroom. Those help A LOT. This place would definitely be too hot in the summer months. Great location for many activities. Myself, my husband and two adult kids stayed here VERY comfortably. The condo is clean and has nice touches throughout. For the age of the building the unit has been kept updated nicely. Management is extremely nice and the man who cleans the bbq/pool everyday is impeccable in his work. SO CLEAN. We loved this trip and this condo...highly recommend and would definitely return!

Should specify no air conditioning. Water coming out of fridge. Kitchen faucet leaks. All sliding glass doors and front screen door need replacement or repair. Kitchen cabinet door needs repair....left of oven.

The place is pretty much what you see in the photos. A couple concerns: For the first 3 days there was an awful smell coming from the kitchen. On the 3rd day I finally figured out it was coming from the washing machine. Front loaders need to be left open or dried to keep them from smelling. Once we opened it and let it air out it was fine. There are no instructions that we could find to work the tv in the living room. Got it to work a couple times but then nothing. The furniture (chairs) in the living room were very dirty. You can see it in the pictures on one of the foot stools. Kinda gross. The couch was comfy. The bed in the back bedroom was super comfy but had a huge indentation on the right side. Since it was a King size bed it was easy to stay to the middle or left of the indentation. The bed in the front need to be thrown out. It was very uncomfortable and left us with back and neck issues all week. Also, I inquired about a blow dryer since nothing shows up about one being there and I was told that they did not have one and I could bring my own. When I got there I found 2 blow dryers in the drawer. Would have been nice not to have to pack one. On the brighter side: The unit was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. We don't eat out much and I never had an issue with finding what I needed to cook with. The views were amazing and it was nice to sit out on the deck and watch the sunset and the sunrise! There are ample amounts of towels. The tv's are huge which I like. I was worried that there would be a lot of noise being right over the pool but that was not an issue. We were lucky enough to see whales breach while sitting on the deck. That was a bonus. Overall the place was pretty good but we went during the off season and I would have been disappointed if we had paid high season prices. The place was over crowded with too much stuff. They could stand to get rid of the fake plants which date the entire place and an end table or two. So, not a bad place if you are paying off season rates.
