Was ok except the air condition was not working at all was too hot.

Thanks Kurt and Annie for sharing your ideal condo in Kihei Town! Check-in with the property was quick, and everything was as promised in your listing. Our teenage sons really liked the 3 min walk to Charlie Young beach for swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. And my wife and I were thrilled with the breathtaking sunsets we enjoyed on the 4th floor lanai overlooking the ocean. Condo was clean with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Upstairs loft with duel twin beds and separate bathroom was a perfect retreat for the teens. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy! AC worked great during the little heat wave we had while visiting. A 5-10 minute walk in either direction on Kihei Rd led us to numerous local shops, grocery stores, restaurants and more great beaches with lots of surfing. The property had 24 hour security patrol, who were friendly and made us feel very welcome. A fun, easy and affordable way for the whole family to enjoy a Maui vacation, away from the crowded, overpriced resorts in Lahaina. When we come back to Maui, we’ll be staying here again. Mahalo!

Great space and location across from beach. Kudos to Victor on the security team who helped out when the grandkids and me locked ourselves out of the unit. Convenient to shops, restaurants etc. unit very well equiped. Will stay again when we come back.

This was the best trip! We visited the whole island and found we loved the beach by us the most! The property was excellent! Clean well kept. Also so many appliances pots pans everything you could need and more!!!!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The view was awesome. The air conditioning worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. We used the beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. So thankful for those. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms and showers. Great location. Close to Everything. Great Beach across the street. We also used the pool once. It was nice. The view was also great. No downsides at all. No one complained of anything, or said it would be nice to have this or that. I don't believe we have ever not had something to say like that. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
