This condo has a most fantastic view for whale watching, and sea turtle watching! Love the pools and little beach next door. Only downside is we stayed on the top floor and had to pack our luggage and groceries up all the stairs. Older visitors may want to stay on a lower level unit.

We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets, turtles and whales from the lanai. The beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but it would be nice to have padding for the couch mattress. We had everything we needed to cook a meal. The pools and hot tub were nice. We hope to return next year!

We saw beautiful sunsets, turtles and whales from the lanai. The condo was large enough for 6 adults. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and games as well as access to the pools and hot tub. There was confusion about the parking but myperfectstay handled it in a timely manner. We had plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable, but it would have been nice to have more padding for the pull out sofa. The kitchen had all we needed for the nights we cooked - We would be happy to stay here again. Mahalo

The Lanai is perfect for sitting and watching the whales and turtles so entertaining. The location is great. A couple of things with the condo and some have been said in previous reviews: the air conditioning can't be lower than 74 and it wouldn't reset after doors were opened, we had a problem with the 2nd shower not working properly (we contacted the management), the doors aren't solid at the bedroom doors and bathrooms. A great place to stay!!

This unit has a wonderful lanai which was the primary reason we chose it. The views were amazing and peaceful and joyful. Whales were seen easily and frequently. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, as was all the furniture. The kitchen had everything you need for vacation, and everything you probably want as well. The air conditioners work well although you cannot set them below 74º as they are locked somehow. We were there in the winter and that was sufficient when it was needed to cool particularly the larger bedroom down prior to sleeping. I doubt we would have needed a/c at all otherwise. All windows and doors must be closed before the a/c will operate. When we were there, there were 3 pair of binoculars left in the unit for use while there. I don't know that it's a given they'll always be there, but that's how it was for us. There was also a lot of beach equipment....snorkel gear, 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, an ice chest (igloo plastic portable medium sized, I think). We didn't use any of that but it was nice that it was there in case we wanted to use it. This unit is on the 4th floor but it only requires 2 flights of stairs to get to it. The first floor of the building requires going down (then back up of course) a flight of stairs. The second floor is ground level on the parking lot side. The third floor is up one flight, and again the 4th floor is up 2 flights of stairs. There are 3 buildings in the complex. This unit is in the southern building with nothing between it and the ocean. The other two buildings were shorter, two stories each I think, and they both had swimming pools between them and the ocean. At the northern edge of the complex is a small but lovely beach where honu laid out in the sun. My Perfect Stay employees were all super helpful, friendly, and responded swiftly when there was a problem with the water pressure in the hall bath. I've tried to include practical information that I'd wondered about prior to my arrival. Hope it helps someone. We would absolutely stay here again.
