Pros: Excellent space with wonderfully thought through amenities. Great location. Lovely views of the ocean even from the 2nd floor. Easy walking distance to a great coffee shop, a brewery, Mickey D's, and other places. Quick and thorough communication from hosts. Cons: Finding parking can be tricky if you return late at night. No A/C (but in early Jan it was still comfortable enough at night with the fans on). Would definitely stay here again!!
