The condo provided an amazing place to stay for our vacation. It is located in a quiet area that allows you to get away from other tourists. It is within walking distance of at least 2 beaches that provide excellent snorkeling spots, a pool, and some really good restaurants. The location is also perfect if you like to play golf and tennis.
The condo itself was well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchenware, etc. The washer and dryer were also great amenities to have since we used them more than expected.
Lastly, the view from the lanai was awesome. We didn’t quite realize it when booked it, but once we were there in person, the view was something to definitely appreciate.
We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back in the future!

Fantastic stay in Villa 12V1! The condo was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view of the golf course and ocean. It was perfect for our family of 3 (we have a 15 month old). It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

The unit is exactly like the pictures. It is well equipped and very clean. The views are spectacular.

Condo was great. Had everything needed, right down to full kitchen supplies. Included beach chairs and boogie board. Patio was terrific for morning coffee and afternoon reading. Had terrific view of two holes of golf course. Would have like to play the Kapula Bay View golf course, but cost for round, plus rental of clubs was $290--not worth it for my golf game, but a beautiful course. Condo complex is very beautiful and one of the pools is only about 100 ft from the condo door. Many times we were the only two people using this pool. Pool area has some shade, plus an area with two gas grills, if you're so inclined to cook and eat there--or take the food back to the condo to enjoy. The beach we went to several times was Fleming Beach, which is only about a 5-minute ride from the condo. Plenty of places to eat in or near Kapula, or go all the way to Lahaina, which is only about a 20-25 minute drive away. Note that you need reservations for most of the popular restaurants--one we called (April 4th) said they said they had a reservation available in May. Only three minor issues with the condo, which the management company quickly responded to and resolved. My wife and I had a terrific 9 nights at this condo. Another note, we saw one of the other condos in this complex, and it did not have the enhanced finishes and quality furniture on our unit. We're glad we spend a little extra and got a great unit.
