The villa was cozy and comfortable and the location is quiet and serene which is exactly what we were hoping for. The villa is well stocked with towels and extra bedding if needed. No fault of the villa, but the Bay golf course was not open due to water issues. Besides this, we found there was nothing we didn’t enjoy with our stay!

These guys are good. The condo was a great layout. It was perfectly clean. They had left a nice starter package with coffee and some goodies. Everything we needed for the beach was there. The condo itself had everything we needed inside as well. I will book with these guys again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay! We checked in at night after a long travel day to find the lights on and AC going, it was very welcoming. Very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and have coffee or a glass of wine. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants including Merriman’s. Short drive to other restaurants.
The course it overlooks was closed in Oct 2025 when we were there. We weren’t aware of it, so we’re disappointed to see the entire course had dead grass. Other than that, it was wonderful.

We recently stayed 12 nights in Kapalua golf villa 12V 1. The condo was in perfect working order and we loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated, had a comfortable bed and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very close to the swimming pool and tennis courts, and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (Kapalua bay or Napili). This was really one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in our many years of visiting Hawaii.

Awesome unit! Very clean every everything we needed. Beautiful view quiet.
