Location and views were outstanding. Its a corner unit on the 3rd floor right on the ocean with large window doors to the Lanai. From the Lanai, you're looking over the rocky section of the beach and distant view of Lanai. We saw turtles and whales every day from the Lanai (in January). There are no side neighbors, but there is a 4th floor unit immediately above. Easy drive to groceries and restaurants. Would stay again

Dont judge a book by its cover. I pulled and questioned my choice as the exterior does look dated, but the room is a completely different story. And the view from the patio is outstanding!

The location of the accommodation was excellent. We were able to watch the sunset from the oceanfront view, and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every day.
However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of facilities.
On our last day of stay, the front door lock broke. The manager responded promptly, but the repair took from the evening until dinner, which made our final dinner disappointing. We wish they had shown a little more hospitality.

The Noelani 310 rental was an overall great way to experience Maui for my family of four (including two older teens). Waking up and having coffee to what might be the most beautiful ocean views from the lanai every morning was perfect. The small beach (S Turns), a 2-minute walk away, was great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing... with sea turtles, which we saw every time we went. We loved the quiet, residential location. There were a few shops and restaurants within a short walk (Hawaiian Village Coffee was great!), and high-end shopping and restaurants within a 10-minute drive. We explored the whole island and determined we would stay here again in a heartbeat. I'm not sure there's a prettier view of the vibrant blue ocean anywhere else.
