Our stay at this home was very enjoyable. The location was perfect for our needs. The pro's: The management company was top notch- excellent communication and very responsive. The house was very clean on arrival and well equipped with the exception of only 2 teaspoons in the flatware drawer with a couple of plastic ones ... I think kids take them to the beach!. Internet was perfect, hot water plentiful, icemaker works great, beds and furniture comfy, plenty of good quality linens. The only con is that the basement is finished beautifully, but it is so musty smelling that we could not use it.

The house was clean and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen and many beach items to use. We ate on the screened in deck almost every night. The outdoor shower was excellent. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was fixed in less than a day. The washing machine was not working when we arrived and it would have been nice if it could have been repaired while we were there but we survived without it! The neighborhood was quiet and it was an excellent location close to several beaches.

Charming clean home, close to Nauset Lighthouse and First Encounter Beach. Also close to the Wellfleet Drive-In Theater which our kids loved!! Great place to stay on the Cape

The house was extremely clean, well appointed with modern upgrades, but a nice homey feel. The beautiful finished basement and sun room and outdoor shower were a huge plus. The front door was awkward with rocking chairs in the way of the walk way. Only negative were uncomfortable beds. We all woke up achy. The location was perfect! Quick bike rides to both the rail trail or to coast guard beach. Also an easy trip to the bay side beaches for a gorgeous sunset. Marconi and Nauset also very close.
