The house was extremely clean, well appointed with modern upgrades, but a nice homey feel. The beautiful finished basement and sun room and outdoor shower were a huge plus. The front door was awkward with rocking chairs in the way of the walk way. Only negative were uncomfortable beds. We all woke up achy. The location was perfect! Quick bike rides to both the rail trail or to coast guard beach. Also an easy trip to the bay side beaches for a gorgeous sunset. Marconi and Nauset also very close.

Very comfortable, clean and many nice ammenities!

We were in town for a short visit to watch our son play on Orleans Firebirds.
Close to the field. Easy access to great restaurants. Quiet area. Would def recommend this property and area to others.
