Great stay in a convenient location. Private beach on the pond was a ton of fun. We’ll be back!

Great start. Lovely spot. Beautiful lake with large glass sliding doors or porch to view from.

We had a wonderful stay at the lake home! The surroundings were beautiful and the area was very quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our family of 9, plus 2 babies. The families w/ babies had the lower level and the rest of us were on the upper level - portable noise machines were helpful! We very much appreciated the open space on the main floor and the deck.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! We had a comfortable and relaxing time. The highlight of this home is the beautiful pond—both the scenic view and the water activities. The two-floor layout is perfect for two families to spend time together while enjoying the Cape. We’d happily visit again!

place is very spacious and very clean! There was plenty of room for our family. Our teens enjoyed the small beach area and especially the canoe and paddle boards. The towns of Barnstable/Centerville are lovely with lots of nearby restaurants, shops and beaches. We were very happy with the home and location.

We absolutely LOVED everything about this place! The kitchen was well stocked, everything was squeaky clean, and the lake front property was worth every penny. We had a great time taking out the boats, using the grill, and soaking up on the sun on the balcony. The games, fast WiFi, and updated televisions were an added plus.
