This was our first time staying with NEVR (had used airbnb and VRBO in the past) and we had a great experience. NEVR has their own app which was very helpful and made it a comparable experience to Airbnb and VRBO. I loved that they had a text line to ask questions throughout the trip. It was a great location and we really enjoyed the area with a lot of different activities for the family to enojoy!

We had such a wonderful stay at Marshside Madness. The host was very responsive to our questions and accommodated all of our requests. The home was exquisitely clean and fully decked out with everything a family with young kids could want, from board games to books, DVDs to toy cars and dolls. We actually struggled trying to get our kids to want to leave to go on outings. The backyard and front yard were also beautiful and perfect for running around, lazing on the hammock or tire swing and just enjoying the quiet breeze. The location also could not be more perfect - easy drive to pretty much anywhere and very close to key kid-friendly attractions. We felt so cozy and relaxed in the home - I don’t think our vacation would have been nearly as special without it.

Cute little house that was perfect for our family to stay at. The yard was wonderful and the inside of the house had lots of space to hang out or spread out. Close to some fun attractions too! - Sonya, May 2026

We enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean. Liked the layout of the house, very roomy, with a nice deck, and a great outdoor shower. The location is great, close to Seagull beach and easy to get to Rt 28, and Rt 6. We would stay here again. - Marguerite, September 2025

Awesome Cape getaway. The house was very clean, linens were fresh, nice neighborhood close to many amenities. Seagull Beach 1.5 miles away was great. Nice fenced in backyard . Kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, plates, etc. that we needed on days we chose to do meals in. Loved having the 3 separate living areas, the sunroom, etc. that we could spread out in for individual activities too. Would definitely consider staying there again. - Kristin, July 2025
