Nice place to stay, close to downtown Chatham

Very well stocked kitchen for big families and for cooking. New gas grill on deck! Plenty of bath, beach, and hand towels. Plenty of dish and laundry soaps, trash bags and paper products. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys, and the stack of board games for the rainy days. loved the big deck, patio and fire pit! The grounds are beautiful too. Very comfortable gathering spaces and plenty of chairs! Great location - short walk down bike path to tennis, pickle ball, and bball courts. Can walk to town, Anglers game, and shops. Seashore beaches and swimming ponds located within a couple miles. Some minor maintenance issues were quickly addressed by the management company.
