We had a great stay. The house was clean, bright and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for parents and teenagers. The living room has lots of comfy seating for everyone; kitchen table and outside table are large which made mealtimes pleasant. The kitchen is well-appointed with gadgets for all sorts of meals. Neighborhood is super quiet, quite upscale, and very residential—clearly a lot of long-time residents, so this is not a house for loud people. Location is 5 minute walk to a great beach and an excellent location for morning runs or walks along the water, and it’s also an easy 10 minute walk to cute town center with shops, ice cream and a couple restaurants. Very likely to book this house again.

We enjoyed this rental home! The open concept living room and dining area off the kitchen are great. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. overall this is a great cape house in a wonderful location and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is beautifully decorated and cozy. I loved the location in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road. I took a quick bike ride to the beach to spend an afternoon reading and relaxing, morning walks along the golf course and through the quaint neighborhood roads. In town just a five minute walk, had great food and lots of shops. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I didn’t want to leave!!!
