Very good stay

Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay with New England Vacation Rentals, in West Dennis. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Planning a family vacation can often feel stressful, but the team at NEVR made it seamless and enjoyable. From the moment we began browsing properties on their easy-to-navigate website to the day we checked out, every detail was handled with professionalism, warmth, and care.
The rental home we chose was absolutely perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was no dish washer or washing machine but the sink was ample and not too far away was a very amenable laundry service.
There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from and the beech is only a seven minute walk.
This location is perfect for the ideal Cape Cod getaway.

Rental in a good location and we love West Dennis and West Dennis Beach which is right down the street. Cottage is exactly as described. Appears newly renovated and well done. Would highly recommend!

Great little cottage. Very clean and modern, on a quiet street. Easy 5 minute walk to South Village Beach, a short drive to West Dennis Beach and many great restaurants.
The water pressure in the shower is high and the beds are on the firmer side. Bed linens, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels and beach towels were all provided and all clean.
We really enjoyed our stay - 5 stars.

Adorable, clean and cozy spot! Would definitely stay here again! Backyard is fantastic for a family grilling, cornhole, etc. And walkable to the beach - amazing!
