Since 2009, we've been staying 2-3 times a year at various locations on the Cape. (Generally, we stay in Orleans). This was an impulse trip, needing to get out of Dodge and get a little Cape R&R, so when the house became available, we took a chance on Sandwich. So glad we did. This home is one of the nicest we've stayed at. One special thing about the Cape is that everything (all 15, very unique villages) is very drivable from Sandwich. The house itself was lovely. A perfect private retreat at the end of 7 days of Cape fun. Truthfully, it was very hard to leave today. (This trip was just my husband and myself, but I can see this as the perfect place for a future 3 generation vacation.) Thank you to NEVR for offering such a wonderful vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and the house felt very private. You are a close walk to some cute shops and an amazing bakery.

We have stayed at this mid-century modern rental 3 summers in a row and even came back for a week each September to enjoy the tranquility of early fall. We have enjoyed the peaceful natural setting, complete with double sliders and plenty of sunlight. We took advantage of the short walk to the many shops and restaurants in Sandwich center. We give it a resounding 5 stars!

We tremendously enjoyed our stay in this Sandwich house, especially the deep green views as we grilled burgers on the large back deck and the vernal pond visible out front! The house was neat and spacious with enough rooms for different family members to have privacy but still come together in the living room, kitchen, dining space, and multiple outdoor lounging areas. We also really liked being able to walk into the adorable town of Sandwich so easily to enjoy window-shopping and cute cafes. A perfect Cape Cod getaway! We definitely hope to return next time we're back in New England.

A wonderful place to stay if you need to slow down and find calm and peace. The house has everything one might need when away from home. Lovely outdoor deck and backyard. Short walk into charming historic town with cute stores and eateries. 5 Stars
