We had the best time at the Sandy Feet Retreat! I brought 10 of my closest friends together for a reunion week on the cape and couldn’t have had a better time on this property. While it is listed as 3 bed, there is an entire “in law” suite downstairs with 2 additional beds, a full bath, living room, and kitchenette. The house is much more spacious than it looks. The property is extremely private and quiet, and the walking trails through the old Combs Cranberry Bog off the back of the yard provide a serene way to wake up and start your day. The outdoor space is ample and private, and the grill is great. We used the firepit most nights and took advantage of the high-end speaker they provided for music. We went to the beach every day with the pass and we were so impressed with the beauty and sand at Craigsville Beach. I highly recommend booking this great getaway!

The perfect cape escape for our family of 8. I was having trouble finding a place that fit our needs of a three-generation family trip. This house was perfect for what we were looking for. It has 3 separate living rooms all with their own TV & entertainment. It was great to have a place for the kids to watch TV and hang out on the occasional rainy day on the ground floor, while we could enjoy the large family room on the main level. Three full bathrooms allowed us all our own space to get ready, and the property itself is great. It has a huge backyard with multiple patios and seating areas, and the entire backyard is completely secluded from neighbors for total privacy. We used the fire pit every night and it felt like we were on our own 10 acre property! Not to mention the location is perfect. 2 miles from the best beach in Barnstable and it comes with a beach pass. Plus – its proximity to Hyannis gave us ultimate convenience in access to Target, starbucks, movies, and shopping. We will be staying again next year.”
