This is a great house. We have rented the past few summers on the water, which is great, but the proximity by bike or walk from this house was excellent. First Beach (dogs allowed) is a 8 min walk, Town Neck Beach and Boardwalk is a 13 min walk or 2 min bike ride, Tree House Brewery is a 6 min walk, we biked to town to BETHS for coffee almost daily (we walked our bikes over the boardwalk bridge (allowed) to skip big roads) that took 14 min. So location wise its perfect.The house was very clean, the view from the top balcony gives you a peek a boo of the water and the breeze is amazing, the outdoor furniture was SO clean and same with the outdoor shower. They had lots of games, places to chill, the house has a laid-back summer feel. The house has great curb appeal and we loved the neighbors we met. We would definitely rent again. I think a new washer and dryer would be great, as they ask guest to limit the use and they are very old.

Our family of 4 (two toddlers) shared this house with my parents for the week and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone to get some space and stay together. The walk to the beach and Treehouse was so convenient. We did have a minor issue with the cleaning when we first arrived at the property but the host was very easy to contact and rectified the situation in minutes. Very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend!

Great location near Sandwich and short drive to Plymouth, Woods Hole for the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry and the Cape. House was beautiful with lots of charm. Would definitely stay again.
