Beautiful cottage at a great location. Right on the beach, great outdoor area with grill and tables. Location has a lot of activities around, shops and restaurants near by. Cottage is very well organized and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our stay at Seaside 17 was simply wonderful! The studio is a contemporary, Cape style cottage, sparkling clean, and was well-equipped with everything to enjoy our stay without excess clutter in the way. While not one of the front row cottages, Seaside 17 is situated such that we enjoyed the lovely framed view of the ocean from the bay window and the ADK chairs outside the door through an open path between the front cottages. It is just a glimpse of what lies about 100 feet ahead where the bluff overlooks the beach and Nantucket Sound- simply fantastic! Fortunately, we packed light as there is limited storage space, enabling us to focus on why we came - the beautiful, restorative, ocean-front view and beach of the Nantucket Sound. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great spot, short quiet walk to a peaceful, empty beach. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway!
