We had a lovely stay at seaside cottages, and this cottage was great for our little family. We lucked out that the weather was mild, if it had been hot and humid, I think the cottage would have gotten very hot. We’d love to come back again.

Great location. Short walk to beach. Fantastic view from the deck.

This charming home was spacious enough for 2 families to vacation together. The kids enjoyed playing games in the basement and front "library" room, leaving the main area for adults. Kitchen was nicely updated and the entire home was well provisioned. The best part of every day was having a cup of coffee on the deck in the mornings.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our second vacation at 41 Nons Road. The weather was perfect this year and we appreciate the kitchen upgrade made by the owners since our visit last July. But, more importantly, we love the comfort, setting, convenience, and beauty this home offers to our family. I have been visiting Cape Cod for summer vacations since I was a child in the 1950’s. Back then my parents provided us with very basic accommodation that were all they could afford but were to me and my siblings were filled with fun and provide us with happy memories to this day. That is what I am hoping to provide to my children and grandchildren. It’s all about being together and sharing what we hope will be memories for a lifetime. The fact that we can do this in such a beautiful setting makes it that much more special. We all look forward to being back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 41 Nons. The house is spacious, clean and well appointed and the setting is fantastic! We were happy to see a few new touches including the sofa and love seat in the living room and the fire pit table. The only challenge was that we didn't have enough propane to run the fire pit for all 3 nights and since it was chilly, we could have used it. It might be a good idea to keep a spare full tank handy. Regarding the propane tanks, we do state in our policies that guests are responsible for exchanging empty tanks. Each home provides two full tanks at the beginning of the season (there was a spare tank in the outdoor shower. This is also noted on the fridge). If you had contacted us during your stay we would have been happy to let you know where the back up propane tank is located. We hope to have you back again!
