Very clean, good location, walkable to a private beach and there is a great restaurant right across the street. It was a little pricey for a small “studio apartment” type rental for only one night, considering how long you actually get to use it (check in 4pm, check out 10am). But overall it was a good overnight vacation and we would consider staying again.

We rented this cottage for a girls weekend, and it worked out perfect! The location is excellent - we were in close driving proximity to plenty of restaurants and shops, and our cottage sat right atop the beach. The lounge chairs outside overlooking the water were one of our favorite parts. The cottage itself was small but did the trick - although the bathroom was a bit tough to maneuver. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Our Eden Studio was just right and well furbished. The large Bay Window really added to the ambience. My wife and I loved being so close to the ocean and enjoyed both the beach and the seaside loungers. The grounds were well manicured, and although we didn't use the outdoor BBQ or picnic tables, we noted how others enjoyed them. We also liked the Adirondack chairs and table provided in front of our cottage. The location was very convenient to nearby restaurants as well as an easy jaunt to Hyannis. The beach was great, better than we imagined. We walked down to Bass River jetty one day, and to the Parker River jetty the next.
