Service was fantastic!! Cottage could have been cleaner, i.e., window sills needed to be wiped down and there were ants from day 1. Inoperable blinds need attention so we could take full advantage of the beautiful outdoors.

Our second year here and it was just as good as the first! The place is so nice. The water is amazing and having the beach right there. This time we went over to the Skipper across the road, which was really good food. My son and I were able to go for a jog on the side streets that are super accessible via sidewalk. And then we even went up a different beach and walked the shoreline all the way back to our cottage. If you love the Cape, this is the perfect place to be.

I could not imagine staying anywhere else! phenomenal beach access! The outdoor common space is beautiful and we loved grilling and having dinner outside. Next door is a park with some swings and across the street is an amazing seafood restaurant and ice cream shop. Cottage was roomy and comfortable and we spent most of our trip hanging out at or near the property.

This was my our first vacation since having kids (2 and 4) and I cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are that we took it at Seaside Cottages in Yarmouth. It was fabulous! Easy peasy check-in, the wheelbarrow to bring our things over was so helpful, beautiful cottage with great furnishings, and so accessible to the beach!
