It's a nice small house with a pretty large backyard. We liked high ceiling that added addition visual room to the place. The management company responsive and accommodating.

Overall a great stay. The house is much bigger inside than it looks from outside. The back yard is a private oasis. Easy 1/2 mile walk to E Sandwich Beach. So much better than staying at a hotel, and for about the same price.

Great little rental! Very clean and well taken care of. Good location in Sandwich and a nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again. Only recommendation would be to add clothing storage for long term stays - there were no dressers/closets, only a few hangers on a rod. Not a dealbreaker at all.
