We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was perfect for exploring Cape Cod. We easily visited Chatham, Provincetown, Falmouth, Boston, and Newport, all within a comfortable drive. Sandwich is such a charming town—we loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and Jarves Street, where there are adorable shops. Beth's Bakery & Café quickly became one of our favorite stops!The house was clean, well-maintained, and had almost everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances worked perfectly, and one of our favorite parts was relaxing on both decks while enjoying the beautiful marsh views.The management company was excellent. They communicated well throughout our stay and quickly brought us an iron when we realized one wasn't provided.The only issue we encountered was an ant problem, which seemed difficult to control despite using the ant traps that were available.As a small suggestion for future guests, it would be helpful if the house included a box of tissues, an all-purpose cleaning spray, and a few kitchen washcloths so guests can easily wipe down the indoor and outdoor tables during their stay.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. The location, views, and comfortable accommodations made it a wonderful home base for exploring Cape Cod. Thank you!

Everything was great. We were in town for my son's wedding and it was perfect.

My entire family came up to the Cape to celebrate my mother’s 70th birthday and this was the perfect home base.
