We have been staying in Chatham for almost three decades. This home was in a great location, walkable to beach and our favorite ice cream shop and bakery. Well kept space in a peaceful location.

Excellent stay! The house was everything we expected

Property was very nice. Very clean. We would ask to rent this property again.Outdoor shower was in listing but was missing. TV cable subscription was minimal and could not receive NESN, CNN or MSNOW. Cable network (download) speed seemed slow but functional.Vacuum cleaner did not work well.Shower in first floor bedroom needs support bars as fiberglass tub can be very slippery.I appreciated Friday check in and check out but 10AM checkout a bit aggressive after staying here for multiple weeks. We used linen service which was excellent.

Our entire family truly enjoyed our stay at 30 Cockle Cove Road! The proximity to Cockle Cove Beach, Short’n’Sweet Ice Cream and Marion’s as well as the ease with which we could access so many other special locations and conveniences was certainly a factor, but the property itself, with its Cape Cod charm and feel, made for a wonderful experience. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower, the screened in porch and the care with which the yard was landscaped. We look forward to staying at 30 Cockle Cove Road again! We loved our stay at the 30 Cockle Cove home! The size was perfect for our family and was clean and well kept. We loved the enclosed porch. The location was terrific, with the beach at the end of the street. We also loved the easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We used it every day to hike, walk and run. The location was also great to get to other areas on the Cape (Brewster, Harwichport, and Dennis). And it was only a short drive to the town of Chatham. I would rent this place again.
