The house was great for the family with the pool. Make sure that the landscaper comes to do the lawn. We did not let the kids play out in lawn as it had not been mowed in at least a few weeks. Grass in areas was at least 2-3 inches high. Only other thing is that the garbage can is very small.

Great place for big company. Kids loved the pool. Will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed just having a space where the family could be together for a week. We had 7 adults, 3 children and two dogs. At night we played a lot of board games. During the heat wave we just stayed in the pool and the house. We enjoyed the pool. The beach is not far and restaurants were nearby too. It's a lovely quiet little neighborhood. The grocery store was not far so mostly we stayed at home and cooked. Sandwich is a lovely town and it's just over the bridge. It's not far out on the Cape and was just an hour and 5 minutes drive from our Boston suburb.

I'd like to thank the host of this vacation home for keeping the house and pool immaculately clean. It is the first thing I look for when I'm booking a vacation home. This home did not disappoint at all. Plenty of room for our group of 10 and the pool was a hit with the kids as well as the adults. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood that I felt really safe doing my 1-Hour walk every morning. Will definitely return and recommend.
