This is the second time we have rented this unit, and it did not disappoint. We rented the home over the Easter weekend with 2 other families and they very much enjoyed the stay as well. I would recommend this property and if the need raises I would stay here again. Well appointed, lovely amenities, very clean. Our only complaints were trying to operate the dishwasher and the stove top was a bit challenging. There were 8 of us, ages 3 to 69, who stayed at the house, and we found the common spaces, bathrooms, and appliances to be excellent. The neighborhood is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and easily accommodated all of us. The bunk bed room was a huge hit with the grandchildren. The beach was within walking distance which is a huge plus. Be prepared though the beach was very very rocky. The house is in excellent condition with great air conditioning and is super clean. Lots of room for the 7 of us. The beach is a short drive away. Be sure to bring water shoes as it is very rocky. We were questioned by an attendant about a beach pass, which was rather uncomfortable. It was supposed to be in a drawer but we only found what appeared to be 2 passes for other years. The attendant did give us access. We had to cook a lot because we have 4 special diets among us. There are many dishes but only one frying pan and one pot. The house is located close to many activities on the Cape.
