Beautiful cottage, perfect size and location. And you can’t beat the outdoor shower!

The place is small BUT is beautifully outfitted making good & thoughtful use of every square inch! We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area which is private and quiet even though the property is on the corner of a well traveled road. Thirdly, we enjoyed both the west facing beach - especially at sunset - and the east facing beach only minutes away.

A lot of comfort is packed into a this small house. Kitchen is well-equipped and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy. It was fabulous being so close to the rail trail! The trail made getting to Orleans center so easy, both by bike and on foot. With its quiet privacy and easy access to amenities, this little house is the best of both worlds on the Cape.

I chose this adorable cottage for my parents visiting from France for 2 weeks. I live on Old Colony and wanted them near me and the bike trail It was simply PERFECT; Amazingly clean, well -equipped, pretty deco, generous amount of guests supplies ( detergents,...). They enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, picnic table for meals, grill..and watching the turkeys!!! Great location: Close to Skaket, the bike trail, the downtown. Truly a wonderful experience. Please share with the owners. I work as a vacation planner myself and can appreciate a nicely maintained rental property. This is one of the best appointed houses I have stayed in (and I have been bouncing around the Cape for 10 years). It is well stocked with many of the things I would have to buy and be annoyed by buying (aluminum foil or ziploc bags for instance). Everything is top notch (the appliances, the cookware and dinnerware) and clean, cared for, neat and well thought out. The neighbors are nice, the location convenient and I love the little touches like the wide selection of board games and vinyl. Every morning I introduced my boys to a new artist (they LOVED Air Supply) and they would pick a board game every evening (Candyland is inarguably "for babies").The art on the walls and the books are also well curated. In short, this place facilitated what we needed: time interacting together as a family, in a really easy and stress free environment. This was my youngest's favorite house by far. Thank you for creating a really perfect home on the Cape.
