We loved sunset cottage so much and it worked very well for our family. We hope to come back for the same week next summer! May we suggest that AC units be installed in the two downstairs bedrooms - it would help in the super humid Cape days. Having a family with a little one made this home exceptionally great for us - my daughter and her son were able to use the top floor as their own for quiet and privacy and it worked so well. Everything was exactly as advertised! My family and I loved the location and waking up to the bay every morning was a great way to start the day!

We admired the beautiful view of the ocean from both the downstairs and upstairs and walking the beach each day collecting numerous sea shells. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We, along with our golden retriever enjoyed the spacious outdoor deck. We also loved the new kitchen appliances, new teflon cookware and outdoor grill. When we first arrived there was an issue but your staff was very responsive and once the issue was rectified, we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this home with its beautiful views and location to others.
