We had a wonderful family vacation. This is our 3rd time renting this home and we just love the neighborhood and convenience to the beach. NEVR was great to work with and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We will be renting again next year!

Highly recommend. This place is exactly as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. We had a family weekend get together and lots of big spaces to hang out. Well stocked for cooking. Great location. Incredible location as it was in quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to beach. House was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Rental company was easy to deal with and professional. We are looking forward to our return visit. Wonderful rental
