This was our 4th year in Sandwich. We had a wonderful stay at the Town neck escape. As a stickler for descriptions and pictures, I can assure any reader that the description of the property and what it offers and the pictures are dead accurate.
So I don’t need to go on and on about the amenities, the bedrooms—- what you see/readis 100% what you get. I’m sure you can tell from the pictures how beautiful the property is.
I will highlight something they mentioned; where the property is like four mini suites in one building
This worked out great for us as we have some tweens and a teen. Each group could get space but we always came together in the deck or Living Room for meals and hangouts.
Friendly neighbors and great walking, fishing, beaches, shell collecting or watching ships in the Canal. We will come back.

just as pictured - nice and updated while still having some more homey elements, warm welcome, and amazing location. walkable distance to our favorite beach very spacious (esp for larger/extended family vacations) and as pictured/described. great amenities and hosts were responsive. this has been one of our favorite airbnbs and we hope to stay again in the future. would highly recommend

We would stay here again- great for two families with kids! So well stocked, all the kitchen equipment you would want, games, playstations, streaming services and outside equipment. This was a fantastic place and perfect for two families! The attention to detail was great, everything was labeled and there were so many games/cards/streaming services- plenty to do to keep my kids entertained on a rainy day! We would absolutely rent again!!!!!!
