Dear folks,
We had prompt connecting with NEVR and clear instructions. The Cape House greetings were nice ! I have rented many houses in the area and this home was by far the most loved and our favorite!
A very quiet neighborhood usually , but busy truck, trailer, landscaping traffic and parking as everyone was preparing other yards on street for summer.
Location was perfect, close to restaurants, Milano’s we loved, and took a nice ferry ride over to Nantucket for the day and another day drove out to P-town.
Sadly we were unable to access the close proximity of beach and stairway as Town was working there during our stay to refurbish beach and had it totally blocked off . We did get in a couple walks by end of week!
There was a lot a seaside comforts around the home and everything was in new updated condition and pristine, even the floors! Loved the large shower and 2 bathrooms!
We enjoyed the sunporch, when sunny as the weather was chilly and rainy but the comforts inside were warm

Our stay was perfect. The beach house had everything we needed. The weather was warm with a mild breeze. The sound of the ocean waves lapping at the shore--created a "peace beyond understanding." I sat on the deck that last morning drinking my coffee. Thoughts passed through my mind--"Oh, to stay one more day." I look forward to that one more day next year. Wonderful location. Very quiet neighborhood and the deck on the dunes was amazing, we sat out here for most of our stay. Beautiful location, sandy beach, fully equipped! Outdoor shower was a great addition. It was clean and perfect beach design. The only thing I’d recommend is providing linens and bathing towels. Oh my goodness it was beautiful. They house the beach everything. We were there when it was chilly but we sat on the deck with blankets. We went for a funeral but will be back with happier times. It is definitely worth it. Plenty of room. The beach was beautiful to walk. The kids loved it.
