Property is exactly as described and close to restaurants. shopping, and a beach. We ordered our linens from Linen Drop and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Bedrooms are large. the kitchen is stocked, and we enjoyed the view of the marsh. We took advantage of the free whale watching ticket offered by Xplorie and had a remarkable whale citing adventure. Would definitely recommend!

This house met our family’s needs. Beautiful indoors and nice deck space. Walking distance to our favorite beaches on Cape Cod. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay! Exactly as listed. Great house and space!

The house sits at the end of a salt marsh where there is opportunity to see a variety of wildlife (deer, coyote, birds galore & rabbits gave all traveled through and around the back yard during our week here. There is plenty of room to stretch out, a good selection of games in the finished basement, well equipped kitchen, comfortable layout and no shortage of spots to read or collect your thoughts. The beach in walking distance is charming & quiet. We enjoyed staying at the Ides of Marsh and will be booking again.
