The house was located right on the beach. You walk over the dunes and the temperature dropped 10 degrees. It was beautiful for sunsets. The house was all we needed to enjoy the Cape.

What an amazing little gem! You literally walk out your door onto a dune! Had everything that we could need. Rustic and charming. Wish the outdoor shower had an enclosure we would have used that instead of indoor shower. The bed with the trundle mattress could use an upgrade. I love this place. Can’t wait to come back! This time for longer!

Incomparable location on the beach and just far enough from Sandwich...but not too much! House a bit smaller and lower end than advertised. Compensation came from the 10 yards to walk to get on the beach.

Went in off season - early June for a family trip. Ive stayed in this area before and enjoy how its tuvked away from busy areas. Plenty of beach to explore and scorton creek is steps away. Cottage is big enough and small enough at the same time. We spent most of our time outside though. Every room had AC which we didnt need but would surely come in handy during the peak season. Would 100% stay again. My only complaint is we had to leave......
Thank you for staying with us. Cape Shore C is one of our favorite little cottages. So quant and perfect! Hope to see you again soon!

We've been staying in this house for several years and its a great place! Great location, a good amount of space and nicely furnished. The addition of AC this year was also a very nice surprise. The only complaint we have is the mattresses/beds. Both the queen size and the twin size mattresses are not all that comfortable and the queen bed is extremely noisy when you get in or out and even when just rolling over. The queen bed is also very low. Aside from the beds - we love Cape Shore C From New England Vacation Rentals:  Thank you for being valued repeat guests!
