Stay was great! Very close proximity to the beach and the house was clean and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend!

I was not a fan of having the linens separated from the rental but we very much enjoyed the house and the area.

50 Phillips Rd is a dream if you have kids. It was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space and never felt crowded! The house is old, but quirky. It was extremely clean and the outdoor space was a plus. The kids loved the 3rd floor and the chess game! The dining table was so nice and big to fit everyone around, the bedrooms were good sized and the AC was a bonus on the hot days.
