We loved the house. It had all the necessities and the outdoor space was gorgeous!! The floors could have been cleaner is my only feedback.

Great home within walking distance distance to the beach. Very clean.

Great property. Clean, close to the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood, with a real local feel to it. Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage.

We had an awesome family weekend here! Beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the beach and treehouse brewery! We had a very lovely time. Already looking to book for next year.

Very clean, cozy and safe. A short walk to the beach. Very serene area. The house is deceptively large. The only thing that I would add is a sink garbage disposal. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. My family and I are planning on reserving it next fall. From New England Vacation Rentals: Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback! We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed the peaceful location and spacious feel of the home. Unfortunately, sink trash disposals can be harmful to the septic system on Cape Cod and are banned entirely in some towns. We’re so glad you plan to return next fall and look forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing stay!

We had a great experience in Sandwich. The house was spacious and very clean. Room for everyone to stretch out and get away when they wanted to. The backyard is well landscaped. Location is really excellent and walkable to the beach, brewery, etc. Beds are very comfy, though having to make your own beds upon arrival and bring/rent linens was a huge bummer. Overall we'd highly recommend and would love to stay again!
