Great property. Clean, close to the beach, close to restaurants and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood, with a real local feel to it. Overall, I would highly recommend this cottage.

Very clean, cozy and safe. A short walk to the beach. Very serene area. The house is deceptively large. The only thing that I would add is a sink garbage disposal. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. My family and I are planning on reserving it next fall. We had a great experience in Sandwich. The house was spacious and very clean. Room for everyone to stretch out and get away when they wanted to. The backyard is well landscaped. Location is really excellent and walkable to the beach, brewery, etc. Beds are very comfy, though having to make your own beds upon arrival and bring/rent linens was a huge bummer. Overall we'd highly recommend and would love to stay again!

This was our second stay in this well-appointed house in walking distance of Town Neck Beach. The house is well-maintained, and the owners have even made improvements since last year. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. The backyard is small but beautiful — we loved watching the birds and bunnies as we ate breakfast outside. This was the first time we’ve ever stayed in the same house twice. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family of four, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants nearby.Only downside to the who trip, was that we couldn’t stay longer!!! But we will definitely be booking again!
