My family and I have been "beaching it" for as long as I can remember. Every summer, every year. When we stumbled upon this charming beach house, we knew we had struck gold! This house has all the amenities and then some. Pristine condition, so well maintained by the owner Susan. The beach is fabulous and sunsets are breathtaking. So much to offer here, even my 92 yr old grandmother enjoyed her stay. We can't say enough about this home, truly a gem of a beach house! We have stayed at this lovely cottage for the past ten years. The description is exactly right: perfect location, impeccably maintained, easy walk to the beach, gorgeous deck, and room for the family! We love the little sunroom for having breakfast in the morning and playing games at night. The washer and dryer are definitely a plus! Sue's place is pure magic, truly the essence of summer on the Cape. Her home has been loved by generations and it shows. The exterior is immaculate, and the interior is spotless while retaining the vintage 1950s charm of its original days. The beds were beyond comfortable and the renovated baths were a delight. Her washer & dryer are immaculate, and her garage was a great dry storage with a bonus refrigerator. Our favorite spot of all (besides the bars at low tide of course) was her bonus room off the kitchen - perfect for morning coffee as well as cozy sunset evenings. For the entire stay, it was like living in a painting. Many new memories made, and many thanks to Sue and her family for sharing this wonderful place.
