This cottage was PERFECT for our family! The mini split kept everything nice and cool all week long! Short walk to the beach on a cleared wooden path was great! Water pressure was also great! 10/10 would recommend!

This was my first time renting with NEVR. I used to rent from Beach Realty. The entire process of finding this property, renting this property, communications with NEVR were all prompt and easy. My rental was just as I expected. It was neat and clean and the central air conditioning was a godsend. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from your company. This was my 30th year renting on Phillips Road. My sister rents at 283 Phillips Rd. I rented that house prior to her. My aunt actually started renting first then I started to rent now my sister rents, and my children are now renting and bringing their own children down. Coming down to the Cape is the one vacation a year that we all look forward to. Thank you for being part of our family tradition.
