The Sand Trap was a great experience. The accommodations were above and beyond. We have been renting at the Cape specifically in the Sandwich area for over thirty-five years and the Sand Trap was the nicest by far. This was the first year with NEVR although we rented many years with the folks at NEVR when they were Beach Realty. Their customer service has not diminished at all over the years, it has only gotten better. I would highly recommend NEVR and the Sand trap. I only wish they had more control of the weather :-)

This home was perfect for our family, especially for the 3 little grandchildren. It was a quick walk down a sandy path to get to the beach and sandbar, which was located directly in front of the house. The three levels of living are perfect for a big family. Having the kitchen and living room on the top floor is perfect for having a beautiful view throughout the day and during meals. The house had absolutely everything our family needed.
