The house was perfect for our family. Easily walked to the beach each day and loved the neighboring restaurants. My kids loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood too!

Great location, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed for our week at the beach. Nice outdoor shower and easy access to the beach in front of Treehouse. Would stay again!

Changes in Latitude is tidy home with water view, a walk to the rocky bay front beach, and a quick drive to town or the Canal waterfront. The house color palette is tastefully simple whites, grays, blues. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfortable and you can peek the sunset from one window and check the Bay tide from another window. There is a flight of stairs to get to the main living area, so keep this in mind if your family has seniors or small children. There are similar steep stairs outside to the patio where there's a fire pit, an outdoor shower and a yard filled with birds and bunnies. (We always love an outdoor shower on the Cape.)
