This property is a perfect gathering spot for families. I loved watching my grandsons play in the treehouse, swing on the rope and bag swings, and play soccer in the back yard with their parents. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and hosting barbecues. The outdoor shower is a treat after bicycling back from the nearby beach. The bed I slept in was comfortable, and coffee on the patio in the morning is a perfect start to a new day. I look forward to being there again

We had the best stay at this adorable Cape! The house is so thoughtfully set up—clean, cozy, and stocked with everything you need. The two bedrooms and 1.5 baths made it super comfortable for our group, and the space feels even bigger thanks to the huge yard. It was perfect for relaxing outside or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

First time in this cottage. Unimpeded view of dunes and water. Larger deck than other nearby Anchor cottages. Well-equipped kitchen with good assortment of tools, bowls, baking dishes, prep knives. Two negatives - needs a bath mat! and tiny shower needs "telephone" type shower head. Very difficult to soap and rinse with fixed head. We had a great experience here as usual. Been staying for years and was happy that it was as wonderful with NEVR as w Beach Realty. Had a little difficulty with the TV bit it was resolved fairly quickly. Also the instructions for the garbage pickup was not clear but also resolved. Can't wait to come back next year!
