The rental process was easy, communications helpful.. Did you find your rental home as expected? What could be better? Rental home was great. I sent a separate text with greater detail.. Love the location and the next door neighbors at 191NSB are wonderful!! Would you recommend NEVR to your Friends and Family? I would definitely recommend NEVR to family members and friends… Did you need to contact NEVR at all during your stay and did you find our services helpful? NEVR was very helpful.. there was a blackout on the street on the day we arrived, the 4th of July, but luckily the electricity came back on at 8:00 PM.. What was your favorite part of your vacation? ie: a special beach, walking trail, a particular lighthouse, any special touring? The cottage is right in the beach.. We love to set-up our area as soon as we get there .. able to leave all of our things there and not carry them back and forth each day.. Soo convenient and and an added plus - unforgettable views each day of the sunrise and sunset- weather permitting. Do you have any recommendations for our NEVR guests for your favorite restaurants, shops, and Cape attractions? Love breakfast at FigTree in Barnstable.. The best breakfast and wonderful owners!! Amari is an Italian favorite in Sandwich but there is a new Italian restaurant in town - La passerella ? Spelling.. Enjoy your summer until we return in August!!! 😎

Property was amazing. NEVR is a great host and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Perfect house for our family. Loved the view from the balcony off or our bedroom. Great location for us as well. Would recommend.

We loved everything about our stay. The house was clean, and had a fence out the back door which is a good buffer for children or pets. The best part was being right on the beach and the ability to walk any out to the water anytime. The street is also a pretty quiet road and easy to walk on. Even when the weather is unfavorable, you have a beautiful view from the house.
