The home was lovely! It was nice and spacious, with two living rooms, which was a great bonus. The bedrooms were a little on the small side, but the rest of the house was very roomy and comfortable. Being within walking distance of Tree House Brewing was definitely a plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The host was very communicative, the booking process was easy, and check-in/access instructions were clear and simple. The location was great, in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the beaches. The only downside was that the listing description could use a few updates, as some items we thought we needed to bring were actually provided. Also, since there is no A/C, the price felt a little high compared with similar rentals in the area.

We had a great stay, very comfortable and a great kitchen, family room combination. We had great weather (after the first date) which helps. We walked into a closed house which was 88 degrees with no A/C. It did have a couple of window fans, the Realty office dropped their super fan off and we bought another and between the two we got the air moving. No problems whatsoever after that. We had great weather and the beds were very comfortable. We did not use the “living room/bar” but it is nice and seems like it would be good for entertaining. We’d love to stay again next year God willing

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and right around the corner from Tree House. Fenced in backyard is great for dogs. Would stay here again.
